Well i have no pictures because was to busy riding and drinking double brown so words will have to do for now.
The weather looked dodgy right up untill the day but wake up Saturday morning and it's a stunning day for a bangin' jam and most riders have arrived Friday night. Quite a few showed up on the Saturday as well, it was a bigger turnout than I expected, riders and non-riders filling every extra space between the trees up.
I whole bunch of shit went down on the day from tom's style as fuck 360's to Kane O'hagen who crossed the straight doing 3 whips and 720's etc clean as to the massive trains everyone would join in on! As the day went on people got drunker and tired and a few slams happened but no trips to the hospital, which I was personally stoked about as I had to go there last years jam, and one before that Puha did. We had a high jump contest which Eamon from Nelson took out, except we couldn't raise the bar any higher as we had no more points to sit it on haha. The day ended with it starting to rain but that was cool because the weather held out all day for us all to shred. It was so sick seeing literally all the chch dudes come up for it, even Kwol, maddog and joey hit them up, just to name a few! And it wasn't over there, the night had already begun as everyone rocked round and completly filled every spare space in my lounge and got pretty gnarley. About 9pm we all rocked into the bar where my get together for my 22nd was being held and shit got real. I can't remember a whole lot from the night but I know it was fucking sick and a good time was had by all...well almost...
Robbie, Scott and Ungy as I found out the next morning had got slightly roughed up by some fucken Blenheim scum. Robbie got his hoodie pulled over his face and smacked up by 4 dudes, Scott got a couple blows to the head and Ungy got blind sided to the face by the sounds of things, not to nice an end for those few unfortunatly. It must be mentioned though that 'T' and Keenan, a couple maori groms got in on the action when they saw the fellow riders getting roughed up and jumped in and did their best to help out against these maggots that seem to want to fight for no reason, note they are only 15 and held their own against 20+ yo's twice their size.
Anyway that's what happened in a nut shell, so much more went down that I would have missed out but yea, most people were there from the South island to see it anyway, maybe Stefan will add up his version of the day at some stage to. Me and sleaze celebrating with the amazing trails BBQ's. You will get to experience them if you come to the trail jam, they are looking suuuuuper sick and run even better.
Trail cook ups are the best, giving you that extra energy to create amazing dirt sculptures and roast sweet airs. Just a couple of sneaky photos not revelling too much, maybe more tomorrow if your lucky or else you will have to wait until the jam.
The days have been flying by, got so much done lately everything is running nicely, now got to hope that this week mother nature aint a bitch to us. Thought we had gotten rid of our bee problem only to come back today to some of them buzzing around they may have even turned into wasps overnight. BBQs have been plenty got to have something keeping us digging through out the whole day found a sweet grill cooks sausages to perfection hahaha. Even a little trail rat was running around today. Patch has competition.

There is a crazy ass bee hive at the top of the run in now its more dangerous sitting at the top than actually ridding the trails hahaha. Tried to burry them with dirt, spray them with spirits even poor the whole bottle on them still wont die must be some super breed. Hope your not allergic to bees if your coming to the jam hahaha. Super cold the last few days the only way to keep warm is dig or make little fires like i did today, it must have been credence hour or something we where getting a credence song ever second song, it was so good.

The social jam is on this weekend in arrowtown, everybody that can make it to this needs to becuase we cant have arrowtown getting any prizes or even riding, if you see a kid talking constantly about himself snake him. There has been sfa and trail hate on the Christchurch groms blog, Tom watch out Your next!!. Hopefully its sunny this weekend in Queesntown so i can hit up gorge rd for abit, that place is amazing.
Did heaps of gardening today jumps looking better, most of our drainage held out the down pours over the weekend. New and exciting things happening at the swampy hide out. Some pictures from the last jam, the old sign that got burnt by some dickheads, Rocky trying his best to bmx somewhere i think the beer may have improved his riding. Better start doing press ups or something as there will surely be lots of arm wrestles beat Puha and he will buy you a drink hahahaha. Three weeks until the jam its going to be amazing!!!
